HISTORY

With the recent growth and urban expansion of Guangzhou, the Chow Tai Fook Finance Center serves the megapolis. Eight floors of public space are arranged around a podium, supported by eight mega columns like the Tianjin CTF Finance Center.. It is the Guangzhou CTF Finance Center that demonstrates “form follows function” in a skyscraper. The floor space requirements of the multipurpose building differ slightly since it serves different purposes. The building simply serves as a wrapper for these spaces, letting their requirements determine the form.
