Sephiria Achievements Guide — 100% Completion Roadmap

Last updated: August 12, 2026 · 11 min read

Sephiria ships with 50 Steam achievements. Players who've cleared the story often stick around for the 100% ("I'm sitting here like an addict wanting more after a 100%"). This roadmap gets you there in the fewest runs — and flags the achievements you can miss.

Achievement overview & difficulty

CategoryCountNotes
Story / progression~12Unlock by beating chapters — unmissable
Boss-related~8First kills, no-hit attempts
Build / artifact~10Specific combos and chaos milestones
Grind / collection~14Kill counts, all X, shop purchases
Missable~6See below — easy to permanently miss

Overall difficulty: 3/10 on a community scale — no skill-gate achievements are truly brutal, but a few no-hit boss achievements require a proper build.

⚠️ Missable achievements (do these first)

These are the ones players report missing on their first playthrough. They're tied to choice moments in the story — if you pick the wrong dialogue/option, you may have to start a new save.

Achievement (approx.)How to get itWhy it's missable
OrigamiComplete a story choice with the "paper" optionStory branch locks out the other option
MelancholyReach a specific ending pathRequires consistent choices across chapters
RoninBeat a chapter while using no town upgradesUpgrading "too much" before the boss locks it
Ghost in the ShellNo-hit a specific bossTrivial with late-game gear — do it early
GlobalizationWin co-op runs with players from 3 regionsHard to organize after the playerbase cools
💡 Rule of thumb: keep a second save slot for a "challenge run" — community threads repeatedly ask for more save slots, and a backup save is the only way to redo missable choices without a full restart.

100% roadmap — fastest order

  1. Playthrough 1 (story): play normally, grab all story + boss achievements. Ignore the missable challenge ones for now.
  2. Save backup: copy your save folder before the final chapter to redo ending choices.
  3. Cleanup runs: reload the backup to unlock the alternate ending paths.
  4. Challenge run: new save for Ronin-style "no upgrades" achievements — fastest with a burst build.
  5. Grind: finish kill-count and artifact-collection achievements in Survival mode — it's the fastest farm.

Story achievements

These unlock naturally as you progress through the walkthrough. Nothing special needed — just play through all 6 chapters. Chapter completion achievements account for the bulk of this category.
